CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MOKSHA RIVERSIDE RESORT
At Moksha Riverside Resort, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate those changes to the best of our abilities. If you wish to modify or cancel your booking, kindly adhere to the following policies:
If you have any issues or need to request a refund, we ask that you contact our customer service team. For qualifying cancellations, refunds will be issued once we have received your cancellation request and it has been processed in our system.
Defective booking transactions are eligible for correction and you will not be charged for such errors. In the event that an error occurs, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. These charges are determined and managed by the hotel directly.
Our standard check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
All reservations must be canceled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival to avoid any cancellation fees.
If canceled before 9 days of Check In date refundable amount would Be 100% of total billing.
If canceled before 6 days of Check In date refundable amount would Be 50% of total billing.
If canceled before 3 days of Check In date booking will Be Non Refundable.
Upon check-in, guests are required to present valid photo identification.
The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
