CANCELLATION POLICY

- CANCELLATION 9 DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN – NO CANCELLATION FEE.

- CANCELLATION 6 DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN – 50% CANCELLATION FEE.

- CANCELLATION 3 DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN – 100% CANCELLATION FEE.

Hotel also reserves the right to cancel the confirmed Booking for future date/Events in rare and exceptional case, where Guest is informed 1 week before of scheduled Check-In .

Hotel also reserves the right to refuse Check-In Guests to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and to maintain the hotel's policies and standards under following circumstances :

1. Failure to Provide Identification: If Guests fails to provide valid government issued ID upon check-in.

2. Non-Compliance with Hotel Policies: If Guest is not willing to comply with the hotel's policies, such as those related to smoking, noise, or occupancy limits.

3. Inadequate Payment: If the Guest's payment method is declined or there are issues with payment .

4. Overbooking: In rare case, Hotels may overbook rooms due to external pressure. If all rooms are occupied upon check-in, the hotel may refuse check-in and may offer an alternative accommodation or compensation.

5. Disruptive or Unruly Behaviour: If a guest exhibits disruptive, unruly, or threatening behaviour, or poses a safety risk to other guests or hotel staff.

6. Illegal Activities: If a guest is engaged in illegal activities on the hotel property, such as drug use , arms etc.

7. Previous Incidents: If a guest has a history of causing problems at the hotel or has been banned from the property in the past.
